Purposes and legal basis

We process the data you provide through our contact and quotation forms in order to handle your request, deliver the services you contract and, if you authorise us to do so, send you commercial communications. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Certain technology providers (web hosting, management tools) may access data as data processors, under contracts compliant with art. 28 GDPR.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, thereafter, for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected], attaching proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
