Naia: our own AI agent, in production since March 2026
We don’t propose anything we don’t use ourselves. Naia is the AI agent we built at islaNet, and it has been running part of our daily operation since March 2026. It isn’t a demo or a pilot: it’s production software we depend on to work.
The team asks for things in plain language, the way you’d ask a colleague, and Naia carries them out against our real systems:

How is it different from a chatbot?
A classic chatbot follows a fixed script and breaks the moment you step outside it. An AI agent understands natural language, uses your real information (catalogue, prices, availability) and can take action: creating the lead in your CRM, booking an appointment or opening a ticket.
