How much does IT maintenance cost in Mallorca?
It depends on the number of workstations and users: with an hour pack you pay only for what you use (€60 + VAT/hour, packs from €550 for 10 hours); with the flat fee you get a fixed monthly rate from €50/month per workstation. We give you a closed quote after a free audit of your setup.
Do you respond the same day?
Yes: our response SLA is 30 minutes during working hours (Standard plan), and the Premium plan covers 24 hours. Most incidents are solved remotely on the spot.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes: our typical client has between 3 and 50 workstations. The hour pack is designed precisely for those who do not need a full-time IT person.
